These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the gamebdt platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gamebdt. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of gamebdt following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. For questions, contact support@gamebdt.
Eligibility Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh to register and use the gamebdt platform. Proof of age and identity is required before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are closed immediately.
Payment & Currency
All transactions on gamebdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ৳500. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification.
Bonus Conditions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated at the time of offer. gamebdt reserves the right to void bonuses awarded as a result of erroneous crediting, system errors, or where abuse of promotional terms is detected.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gamebdt will never ask for your password by email. Any activity conducted through your account is considered your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access.
Prohibited Activities
Using the platform to launder money, exploit software vulnerabilities, operate multiple accounts, or engage in collusion is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
Terms Updates
gamebdt may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations under this agreement.

| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or additional wagering funds credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by gamebdt prior to approving withdrawal requests. KYC documentation may include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked across eligible games before it can be converted into withdrawable real-money Balance. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. |
| "Prohibited Territory" | Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by local law and from which gamebdt does not accept Players. |
| "Force Majeure" | Any event beyond the reasonable control of gamebdt, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, or any other circumstance that prevents the Platform from operating normally. |
Interpretation Note: References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. References to "Bangladesh law" mean the applicable statutes and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh as amended from time to time.
Account Registration & Eligibility
To access the full features of the gamebdt Platform, including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses, you must register a Player Account. The registration process is free of charge and available to eligible individuals residing in Bangladesh.
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible to register an account on gamebdt only if all of the following conditions are met:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a resident of Bangladesh or are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of access.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
- You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the Platform. Each player is permitted one account only.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services in general under any self-exclusion programme.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
18+ Requirement: gamebdt operates a strict 18+ policy. If we have reason to believe that a registered account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. If under-age use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used, less any amounts already wagered. No winnings generated by an under-age player will be paid out under any circumstances.
2.2 Registration Process
During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number (for OTP verification), and a preferred account currency (Bangladeshi Taka). You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and current. gamebdt reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration at any time.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on gamebdt. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts beyond the first verified account will be closed, and any balances or bonuses accumulated in the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
2.4 KYC Verification
Before processing any withdrawal request, gamebdt requires the Player to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or another government-issued photo identification document. In some cases, proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of a bKash account confirmation) may also be required. gamebdt aims to process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt of complete documentation.
2.5 Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support@gamebdt. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your primary payment method following completion of KYC verification. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations incurred prior to the closure date.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
All financial transactions on the gamebdt Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gamebdt supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh to ensure fast, convenient, and cost-effective transactions for all Players.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on gamebdt:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available for Bangladesh-issued cards)
gamebdt reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to available payment methods via their registered email address.
3.2 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by gamebdt, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Account within 30 seconds to 2 minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
- Players must deposit from a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
- gamebdt does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply service charges. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
- Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an exception is approved by the gamebdt finance team.
- All withdrawal requests require a fully completed KYC verification before processing. Players who have not yet completed KYC will be prompted to do so upon submitting their first withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume or system maintenance, processing may take up to 24 hours.
- gamebdt reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000 per transaction.
- Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money Balance is eligible for withdrawal.
Transaction Security: All deposit and withdrawal transactions on gamebdt are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Transaction records are maintained for a minimum of five years in accordance with our data retention policy. If you notice an unauthorised transaction, contact support@gamebdt immediately.
3.4 Disputed Transactions
If you believe a transaction on your account is erroneous or unauthorised, you must notify gamebdt within 30 days of the transaction date by emailing support@gamebdt with full details. gamebdt will investigate the matter and respond within 5 business days. Claims submitted more than 30 days after the transaction date may not be eligible for review.
3.5 Anti-Money Laundering
gamebdt is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account, to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where suspicious activity is identified, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required. Any Player found to be using the Platform for money laundering or related illegal financial activity will be permanently banned and all funds in the account will be frozen pending investigation.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
gamebdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual offer communication as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms will prevail.
4.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds portion of a Player's Account and are separate from real-money Balance.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any portion of the resulting winnings can be transferred to real-money Balance and withdrawn.
- The specific Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports bonuses) are stated in the individual offer terms presented at the time of the promotion.
- gamebdt reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by the Player. Once a bonus has been credited to an account and the player has begun wagering, the offer cannot be unilaterally retracted.
4.2 Bonus Abuse
Behaviour considered to constitute bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to minimise wagering risk while meeting requirements (known as "bonus hunting" or "hedging"), using automated betting software, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, gamebdt reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, reverse any winnings generated from such Bonus Funds, and suspend or permanently close the relevant account.
4.3 Seasonal & Special Promotions
gamebdt regularly runs time-limited promotional events tied to the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season cricket betting bonuses, Eid reload offers, Pohela Boishakh tournaments, and IPL special promotions. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time of the event. Players who have opted out of promotional communications may miss notifications about these offers; to re-enable promotional emails, update your account communication preferences or contact support@gamebdt.
Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms, all Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered within 30 calendar days of the date of crediting will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Game Rules & Fair Play
The gamebdt game library encompasses casino slots, live dealer table games, crash games, and sports betting markets. Each category operates under its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. This section sets out the overarching fair play principles that apply across all game categories on the Platform.
5.1 Random Number Generation
All non-live casino games on gamebdt — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games such as Aviator and Limbo — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG system used by each game provider has been independently audited to verify statistical randomness and compliance with industry fair play standards. Outcome results are not influenced by gamebdt, nor can they be predicted or manipulated by any player or third party.
5.2 Return to Player (RTP)
The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published in the game information panel accessible from the game lobby. Live dealer games are subject to the house edge applicable to the specific table game variant being played, as set by the live dealer provider. Sports betting odds reflect the implied probability of each outcome and include a margin retained by the Platform.
5.3 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from dedicated studio environments operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game results in live dealer games are determined by physical actions (card dealing, wheel spinning) observable on the live video stream. gamebdt does not control the physical game outcomes and is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by the provider's infrastructure.
5.4 Disconnection During Live Games
If a player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the following policies apply:
- For games where the bet has already been placed and the round outcome has been determined server-side, the result will stand and the Player's Account will be credited or debited accordingly once reconnection is established.
- For crash games, any active bet that has not been cashed out before a disconnection event will be settled at the auto-cashout level set by the Player, or forfeited if no auto-cashout was configured and the game round concludes before the connection is restored.
- gamebdt is not liable for losses incurred as a direct result of player-side connectivity issues, including mobile data interruptions, poor Wi-Fi signal, or device power failure.
5.5 Errors & Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or software bug that results in an incorrect game outcome, gamebdt reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. This applies regardless of whether the error would have resulted in a win or a loss for the Player. gamebdt will notify affected players by email where a material error is identified that has affected a significant number of game rounds.
Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension
gamebdt maintains a safe and fair gaming environment by enforcing clear standards of conduct. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
- Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform while under the age of 18.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your true location.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
- Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer poker or multiplayer games.
- Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Depositing funds using a payment account that does not belong to you.
- Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward gamebdt support staff or other players.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise copy any part of the Platform's software, data, or content.
6.2 Account Suspension & Investigation
gamebdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend a Player Account at any time if there is a reasonable basis to suspect prohibited conduct, pending investigation. During a suspension period, the Player will not be able to access their Account, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. gamebdt will endeavour to complete its investigation and communicate an outcome to the Player within 10 business days of the suspension date.
6.3 Permanent Account Closure
Where an investigation confirms prohibited conduct, gamebdt will permanently close the Account. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be handled as follows: where the prohibited conduct did not involve financial fraud or money laundering, the balance may be returned to the Player's primary verified payment method after deducting any losses attributable to the misconduct. Where the prohibited conduct involved financial fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, the entire balance will be frozen pending any applicable legal process.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial services provider while funds from the disputed transaction remain active on the Platform is considered prohibited conduct. gamebdt reserves the right to permanently close any account from which a chargeback is initiated and to pursue recovery of any funds returned via chargeback through all available legal channels.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gamebdt's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7.1 Exclusions
gamebdt is not liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Losses arising from a Force Majeure event outside gamebdt's reasonable control.
- Losses caused by the Player's own failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
- Interruptions to game availability caused by third-party game providers, live dealer studios, or payment processors.
- Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the Player during registration or KYC.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
7.2 Platform Availability
gamebdt aims to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or infrastructure changes that result in temporary unavailability. gamebdt will endeavour to conduct scheduled maintenance during low-traffic hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, early morning) and to provide advance notice where feasible. No compensation is payable for downtime caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using the gamebdt Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. gamebdt does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for the financial consequences of a Player's gambling activity. Amendments & Termination
gamebdt reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for reasons including but not limited to: compliance with new or updated legal requirements applicable in Bangladesh, changes to the Platform's features or payment methods, corrections of errors or ambiguities in existing terms, or adjustments to our operational policies.
8.1 Notification of Changes
Where changes to these Terms & Conditions are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — gamebdt will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice by sending an email to the registered account address and displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Non-material corrections (such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice.
8.2 Acceptance of Amended Terms
Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support@gamebdt to request account closure before the effective date of the change. Your real-money Balance will be returned to your primary payment method following completed KYC verification.
8.3 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the gamebdt internal complaint process should be directed in the first instance to support@gamebdt, and gamebdt will make reasonable efforts to reach an amicable resolution within 15 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
8.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and will not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.
8.5 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms applicable to an active offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and gamebdt with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, communications, and understandings between you and gamebdt on the same subject matter.
